• The speed limit on the property is 10 MPH
• Feel free to use any of the amenities on the property at your own risk
• NO SMOKING IN THE CABINS! There is a $150 fee for having the unit professionally deodorized.
• Please not flush any objects besides toilet paper (and #1 and #2) down the toilets. We are on a septic system. If the pipes clog and you are found to be at fault, you will be responsible for any repair costs
• Use the supplied makeup wipes in the bathrooms, not the towels, to remove makeup
If stained towels need to be disposed of, $8.00 per towel will be held from your Damage Deposit
• Separate your recyclables from your trash. Each cabin contains two containers: one for recycling and one for trash. The Town of Thornton requires that all caps from containers are removed and disposed of in the trash. There are also outside recycling and trash bins in front of cabin #3 and Cabin #8.
• Do not leave any dirty dishes of food lying around - it attracts unwanted visitors
Note – There will be an extra cleaning fee for any cabin found with excessive cleaning needs
• Return all items to their original location when departing, including furniture and accessories
• Use the Metal Fire Pits over the gravel, not the grass, to keep the grass green
• Do not leave fires unattended and extinguish them with water if leaving the property or going to bed
• Be considerate and clean the grills after each use. They are shared with your neighbor
• Do not move the grills or picnic tables or leave uneaten food outside
• Observe quiet hours from 10 P.M. to 8 A.M.

Pool Area
• NO DIVING – NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
• Pool hours are from 9 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. for children, until 9 P.M. for adults. Adults may use the hot tub until 11:30 P.M.
• No running or excessive noise or screaming in the pool and pool area.
• Please follow the directions posted on the pool shed and in your cabin binder to open the Hot Tub cover. The cover opens with the black lift-assist bar. Do not slide the cover onto the ground.
• Do not use the Hot Tub if you have on Sun Tan Lotion or oil. Please shower in your cabin or in the pool area beforehand. It creates a scum in the water and on the walls of the Hot Tub which is difficult to remove.
• Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the Hot Tub.
• Children are NOT allowed to be left unattended in the pool area.
• No one under the influence/sick may enter the pool or pool area.
• Consumption of alcohol in the pool area should be discreet, plastic cups, etc. but no glass bottles.
• Please wear proper swimming attire in the pool, no cutoff jeans.
• No glass in the pool area.
• Clean up any food brought to the pool deck. Please pick up any dropped food.
• Please keep the pool gate locked at all times. 
• Please do not hang towels on the pool fence or on porches. Please use the drying racks.
