Enjoy breathtaking mountain views in a cozy cottage. All renovated with modern amenities. All year round there are various activities to enjoy. We are minutes away from top skiing resorts - Loon Mountain and Waterville Valley. Close to the Ice Castles in LIncoln, Swimming and tubing down the Pemi river 3 minutes away. Heated seasonal (mid-May to late September) pool and year round hot tub. There are propane and gas grills for cooking and fire pits for an evening campfire under the stars.

Close to the Ice Castles in Lincoln in January and February. This is a spacious one room cabin with queen bed, living area, electric fireplace and kitchen. We have excellent reviews, quality linens and towels included, shampoo, soap, and paper goods. Why stay in a hotel room when for the same price you can have a private cabin. Kitchen with basic needs and cookware, grills, picnic tables, seasonal (late May to mid September) heated salt water pool and year round hot tub.
